• Develop and write technical Scopes of Work and the Basis of Design documentation, ensuring technical accuracy and conformance to project requirements.
• Develop, review, and mark-up piping and instrumentation diagrams (PIDs) to ensure compliance with company, client, and applicable codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO).
• Perform piping stress analysis using industry-standard software to ensure system integrity under various operating conditions.
• Review and approve 3D models of piping systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare calculations, technical specifications, proposal evaluations, technical reports, detailed analyses, and other materials suitable for proposals and concept evaluation purposes.
• Contribute to the preparation of schedules and cost estimates for piping packages from the conceptual development through detailed design stages.
• Review supplier drawing submittals, respond to requests for information, and perform technical bid analysis.
• Attend meetings and participate as a Company representative in Client or vendor meetings.
• Work in a multidisciplinary study/project environment where communication with other discipline engineers and organizational management is key to success.
• Manage supplier relationships and review supplier s document deliverables.
