This role is responsible for driving the sales and distribution of spare parts and lubricants through various channel partners. This role involves managing relationships with distributors, dealers, and other key stakeholders to ensure the growth of product sales, expansion of market reach, and achieving sales targets. The position requires a combination of sales leadership, market analysis, and deep product knowledge to create and execute strategies for increasing market share and enhancing the customer experience.Roles and responsibilities:
    1. Develop and implement sales strategies for spare parts and lubricants across distributor channels.
    2. Manage and expand relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
    3. Identify new market opportunities and recruit new channel partners.
    4. Drive revenue growth through sales campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs.
    5. Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
    6. Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.
    7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, marketing, finance) for smooth operations
    Skills:
    1. Bachelors degree in Business or related field.
    2. Proven experience in sales, channel management, or business development (preferably in the automotive or related industry).
    3. Strong knowledge of the spare parts and lubricants market.
    4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
    5. Ability to analyze data, forecast demand, and drive sales
