Create and inspire your sales force, find and oversee Insurance Advisers in your area, and work well with the central staff.Key Responsibilities :- Recruit, train, and develop a team of Insurance Advisers.- Drive sales performance and meet business targets.- Monitor and support adviser activities to ensure productivity.- Identifying and onboarding insurance advisors is one of the roles and responsibilities.- Review often and establish new goals.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications :- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate- 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.- Networking & Relationship Building.- Industry & Product Knowledge .- Negotiation & Persuasion.
