Job Description

    As a Finance Executive, you will play a key role in managing the companys financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.You will assist in financial planning, reporting, and analysis, while providing support to senior management in making strategic decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial health and growth of the company.Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making. Compliance & Auditing: Ensure financial operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies. Cost Control & Efficiency: Identify opportunities for cost reduction, financial optimization, and process improvements. Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Assist with tax filings, VAT returns, and liaising with external auditors for year-end audits. Internal Controls: Support the development and implementation of effective internal controls and financial policies.Key Requirement: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certification. Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and MS Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
