We supply castings to various industrial sectors like automobile, agricultural, oil engines head, A/c compressors block, earth moving equipments, printing machineries, etc.Job descriptionJob Description:1) Person would be responsible for meeting the production Target of the company2) Person would be responsible for the minimum casting rejection as per industry standards3) Person would be responsible for maintaining the quality of the components4) Person would be capable for handling the Team of Managers and Engineers.5) Person would be capable of production planning and making strategy for moving ahead.Skills-1. Knowledge about ferrous foundry process.2. Knowledge about induction melting process.3. Knowledge about core making, jolt & squeeze/high pressure sand cast molding process.4. Knowledge of casting tooling, pattern maintenance.5. Knowledge of various metals (ferrous) metallurgical aspect.6. Knowledge about the foundry equipments like furnace, sand plant, molding machines.7. Knowledge about casting defects, its causes & remedies. 8. Knowledge of handling CI, SG and MS iron casting. 9. Person would have min 10-12 Years of experience of working in foundry.
