Job Description

Responsible to achieve overall Business Units Target and ensure profitability of SBU. Should be able to strategies for improving portfolio quality and increasing bottom line. Guide in preparation of maintenance plans for the Workshops throughout the States business units Plan for growth and sets targets for individual workshops Administer the workshops operation. Monitor and review the performance of the workshops from time-to-time Initiate methods to enhance productivity and efficiency levels Provide technical support on issues related to spare parts, insurance, principals etc. Verify the estimates prepared for developmental matters in workshops Submit MIS reports to the Management Guide Reporting sub ordinates in resolving major customer related issues Ensure that the systems and procedures as laid down by the principal/company for the workshop are followed by all Guide in implementation of plans to achieve maximum availability and capacity utilization of equipments/facilities Coordinate with vendors / service agencies and provides technical guidance Participate in audit of workshop functionsinterested candidates are required to send their rusume to tecksolutions12@gmail.com
