Job Description

With a talented pool of over 5,600 doctors and an employee strength of over 20,000, Manipal Hospitals is dedicated to providing top-quality healthcare services.**Role Overview:**You will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function at Manipal Hospitals Dwarka, Delhi. Your key responsibilities will include:- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting- Developing and managing financial models to support strategic decision-making- Analyzing financial data and trends to provide insights to senior management- Monitoring key performance indicators and updating department heads and stakeholders on financial performance- Supporting the development of financial strategies for revenue growth and cost optimization- Driving process improvements in financial planning and analysis for increased efficiency and accuracy.**Key Responsibilities:**- CMA/CA Inter/CA qualification preferred, with a background in hospitals being an added advantage- 4-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights- Proficiency in financial modeling and budgeting tools such as Excel and ERP systems- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial information effectively to non-finance stakeholders.**Qualifications Required:**- CMA/CA Inter/CA qualification preferred- 4-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis- Strong analytical and quantitative skills- Proficiency in financial modeling and budgeting tools- Excellent communication and presentation skills.In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, Manipal Hospitals offers opportunities for professional development and career growth in a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
