This commitment to partnership and quality has built long-term trust with clients over several decades.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Growth Lead (Panel/OEM) / Assistant Sales Manager (Electrical Engineer). The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities with panel builders, OEMs, and industrial customers, while nurturing existing relationships to drive revenue growth. The Growth Lead will conduct regular client meetings, understand technical requirements, propose suitable automation and electrical solutions, and coordinate with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver projects effectively. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting technical-commercial proposals, negotiating pricing and contracts within defined guidelines, and tracking sales performance against targets. The role also requires monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies and support long-term business growth.QualificationsStrong foundation in electrical engineering, with knowledge of industrial automation, control panels, PLCs, drives, and related components.Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably with panel builders, OEMs, or industrial clients.Ability to understand customer applications, translate them into technical requirements, and propose appropriate solutions.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.Comfort working on-site in Ahmedabad, with willingness to travel locally/regionally for client visits as needed.Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline is strongly preferred.Experience in industrial automation, switchgear, or electrical distribution industries will be an advantage.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional technical and commercial teams.
