    • Oversee and manage allproduction activitiesrelated to effervescent tablets.
    • Monitor theGranulation, Compression, and Coatingplans to ensure smooth operations.
    • Ensure adherence toregulatory requirements, cGMP, and implementation of all safety measures.
    • Improve productivity by monitoring and optimizing daily production activities.
    • Handleequipment qualification and requalificationof machines.
    • Conducttraining sessionsfor staff as per the yearly training calendar and SOPs.
    • Ensure all documentation complies withQuality Assurance SOPsandGMPstandards.
    • Prepare and submit theDaily Production Reportto management.
    • Maintain compliance withapproved SOPs and protocolswhile minimizing deviations.
    • Coordinate fornew product activities, ensuring availability of change parts and documentation.
    • Assist innew product optimization and validation batchesin coordination with the Technical Manager.
    • Record, investigate, and follow up ondeviations, NCRs, CRFs, and ensureCAPAimplementation.
    • Support investigations ofmarket complaintsandNCRswith QA representatives.
    • Implement measures to preventaccidents/incidentsand support related investigations.
    • Ensure all products areproduced and storedaccording to required documentation and standards.
    • VerifyBatch Manufacturing Recordsare completed and approved before moving to the next stage.
    • ImplementQuality Risk Managementin manufacturing areas.
    • Coordinate withQA, QC, Warehouse, and Engineeringdepartments to achieve production targets.
    • Review and improveproduction yieldwithout compromising product quality.
    • Conductreconciliation of production yieldat every stage.
    • Ensureproduction facilities are sanitized and cleanedas per SOP.
    • Troubleshootproduct and process-related issuesin coordination with the Technical Manager.
    • ManageQAMS, DMS, and Vendor Evaluationactivities within respective software.
    • ConductRisk Assessmentsas required.
    • HandleNichelon softwarefor process monitoring and reporting.
    • Ensure materials are properly stored inQuarantine, Under Test, and Approvedareas as per SOP.
    • Maintain environmental controls forEffervescent Tabletslow relative humidity (25%) and temperature (around 25C) to prevent degradation or sticking.
