Job Description

You will be joining a prestigious company, MTC Group, a prominent Conglomerate specializing in Metal Recycling, Trading, and Manufacturing operations, with its headquarters located in Mumbai, India. With over 40 years of experience, MTC Group is recognized as Indias Leading Scrap recycling and Metal Trading Company. Dealing in various Metals such as Ferrous, Non-Ferrous, Ferro Alloys, Base Metals, and Minor Metals, the company also excels in manufacturing TMT Bars, Structure Steels, Copper Tubes, and Aluminium Alloys within India. MTC Group has a strong presence both nationally, operating across 9 locations with 18 recycling yards and 5 Manufacturing Units, and internationally in the USA, UK, Africa, Singapore, and Dubai, managing approximately 2 million Metric tons of metals annually.Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities including Unit Recruitment, Attendance Management, Leave & Absenteeism Management, Salary Processing, Wage Administration, Statutory Compliance, Liasoning with Govt. Departments, Maintaining & updating all statutory compliance, Submission of all statutory returns, SPOC for all Govt inspection and audit, HR Legal Compliance, Responsible for IR matters, Employee Relations, Employee Health & Wellness, Workforce Administration, Employee Database Management, Employee Life Cycle Management (Hire to Retire), Query Handling/ Grievance Resolution, Contract Labor Management, General Administration, Unit Upkeep and Maintenance, AMCs for all utilities, Overall supervision and monitoring of adherence of workplace policies & practices, and Monthly MIS.To qualify for this role, you should hold an MBA or Post Graduation in a related field.,
