Job Description

    • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed annual sales targets for diagnostic equipment and reagents across Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Immunology.
    • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement detailed sales strategies to drive market penetration and business expansion within the assigned territory.
    • Market Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, execute successful product launches, and enhance market presence.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with corporate and private clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Product & Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive technical and clinical understanding of diagnostic products and provide effective client consultation.
    • Sales Funnel Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
    • Data Analysis & Reporting: Use advanced Excel skills to perform sales data analysis, generate forecasts, and submit timely reports to management.
    • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
    Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Qualifications & Experience Bachelors or Masters degree in Science, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field (MBA preferred). 57 years of proven sales experience in the diagnostic or medical equipment industry. Strong knowledge of Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Immunology diagnostic products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM platforms. Ability to travel as required within assigned territory.
