Job Description

Role Overview:As a Farmer Success Associate at Kheyti, you will have the opportunity to work with smallholder farmers in India to help them battle climate change. Your main responsibilities will include onboarding farmers to the Kheyti Greenhouse program, training them on maintenance of Greenhouse and protected cultivation, resolving agronomy-related queries, improving farmer engagement, maintaining the farmer database, and ensuring timely delivery of inputs. You will work closely with senior agronomists to provide input recommendations and contribute to increasing farmer incomes and resilience.Key Responsibilities:- Onboard new farmers to Kheyti Greenhouse program.- Train onboarded farmers on maintenance of Greenhouse and protected cultivation.- Resolve farmers agronomy-related queries and ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction.- Improve inbound and outbound farmer engagement through telecalling, field visits, and campaigns.- Maintain the farmer database.- Work with senior agronomists to provide input recommendations.- Ensure warehousing and timely delivery of inputs to farmers.Qualifications Required:- Bsc/Msc in Agriculture or Horticulture.- Enthusiastic about expansion and willingness to travel.- Knowledge of horticulture/crop management.Additional Details:Kheyti is an agri-tech startup dedicated to increasing incomes for farmers affected by climate change.
