Job Description

    Branch Manager Gold LoanExperience: 2 YearsIndustry: Gold Loan / NBFC / BankingJob SummaryAn experienced and target-oriented Branch Manager with over 2 years of experience in the Gold Loan industry. Responsible for managing branch operations, driving business growth, leading branch staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining portfolio quality.Key Responsibilities
    • Manage end-to-end branch operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
    • Achieve monthly and annual business targets for gold loan disbursements.
    • Generate new business through customer acquisition, referrals, and local marketing activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
    • Supervise gold valuation, loan processing, documentation, and disbursement activities.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, audit requirements, and operational procedures.
    • Monitor loan portfolio quality, collections, renewals, and overdue accounts.
    • Lead, train, motivate, and monitor branch staff to achieve business objectives.
    • Ensure proper custody and security of pledged gold and branch assets.
    • Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and submit them to regional management.
    • Maintain high standards of customer service and branch profitability.
    Eligibility
    • Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager in Gold Loan, NBFC, or Banking.
    • Strong knowledge of gold loan operations, branch management, and regulatory compliance.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and branch management software.
