Job Description

    As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business activities. Your responsibilities will include:- Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects in the field of Fertilizer and Pesticides Business- Negotiating deals with customers to ensure mutual satisfaction- Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring their needs are met- Utilizing excellent communication skills to reach out to potential customers via email and phone- Demonstrating our services and products effectively to prospective clients- Collaborating with farmers to drive sales and meet business expectationsTo be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:- Bachelors degree is required- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales in fertilizers and pesticides shops- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales- Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct salesAdditionally, familiarity with the following languages is preferred:- Telugu- Hindi- EnglishThis is a full-time, permanent position with a flexible schedule that may require relocation to Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
