Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with NRI clients, understanding their financial goals and providing them with personalized banking solutions- Meet sales targets by cross-selling and upselling banking products and services to NRI clients- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide financial advice to NRI clients- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies while handling NRI accounts- Collaborate with other departments and teams to provide a seamless banking experience for NRI clients- Stay updated on market trends and changes in banking regulations related to NRI clients- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional mannerQualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking industry, with a focus on NRI clients- Strong understanding of NRI banking products and services- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance related to NRI clients- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficiency in MS Office and banking softwareIf you are a driven and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and relationship management, we want to hear from you!
