Job Description

• Lead Generation & Sourcing: Proactively source new clients through open market leads, field visits, cold calling, and local area marketing.
• Channel Partner Management: Build and nurture a network of external connectors, Direct Sales Associates (DSAs), property dealers, builders, and Chartered Accountants (CAs) to drive referral business.
• Client Engagement: Meet prospective borrowers, explain loan products, evaluate their financial requirements, and advise on interest rates and eligibility.
• Loan Processing: Collect, verify, and process necessary financial, KYC, and property documents.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with internal Credit, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure smooth application processing, property valuation, and timely disbursals
