Walkin Drive Location- Gate no.1, Sector 75, Teleperformance, Mohali Responsibilities - Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat - Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability - Work with internal departments to meet customers needs - Data entry in various platforms - Resolve complex customer queries via live chat platforms. - Maintain high accuracy and quick Turnaround Time (TAT). - Deliver polished, qualified solutions to international users. Qualifications - Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work - Flexibility: Must be comfortable with a 24/7 rotational shift schedule. - Location: Currently residing in the Tricity area.
