  • Interacting with global clients to understand actuarial needs and translating them into actionable insights.
  • Leading or contributing to actuarial modeling, valuation, and experience studies across life insurance products (annuity, term, retirement, etc.).
  • Developing and validating actuarial models using software like GGY AXIS, MG-ALFA, Polysystems, Prophet, etc.
  • Performing testing including UAT, regression, unit testing, and model validation.
  • Driving automation and process improvements in actuarial workflows.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members; support skill development and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields.
  • 26 years of experience in life insurance actuarial roles (modeling/valuation/experience studies).
  • Progress towards actuarial designation from SoA, IFoA, or IAI (Associate preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with actuarial software (GGY AXIS, MG-ALFA, Polysystems, Prophet).
  • Exposure to US life insurance and regulatory frameworks like PBR, US GAAP LDTI.
  • Strong technical acumen in VBA, SQL/Python/R (desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-cultural teams.
