Job Description

B2B Enterprise- Sales ManagerLocation: In-office role, GurgaonRemuneration: Upto 13-14 LPAperformance based incentivesAbout the Organization

  • The organization provides care spanning medical, physical, and mental health needs, powered by a complete in-house team of doctors and experts as well as proprietary AI engines.
How you will make an impact
  • Deeply understand the client persona, unmet needs, and how the organization fills the need gap.
  • Create a healthy and aggressive pipeline for corporate sales of wellness products.
  • Pitch the offering to potential partners and customers and ensure continuous follow-up.
  • Ensure conversion and sales as per expected targets.
  • Work closely with the client servicing team to ensure high NPS and renewal rates.
  • Work with the leadership team to drive new strategic initiatives.
We are looking for people who
  • MBA (Sales & Marketing) with 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in target-led sales with a minimum book of 1Cr/annum.
  • Strong business acumen, understanding the key metrics and dynamics related to growth and revenue goals of an organization.
  • Strong leadership skills with team management experience, demonstrated competencies in championing high-performance management.
