Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service AssistantCompany: Allianz PartnersLocation: Sector 66, Gurgaon, IndiaJob Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:Allianz Partners is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Associates in the Roadside Assistance in Support department. As an Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional voice support to Allianz Partners customers in the UK for their roadside assistance needs, especially for the replacement of vehicles. This role involves working night shifts from our Sector Gurgaon office, ensuring that customers receive timely and efficient assistance.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Assistance: Provide prompt and empathetic assistance to customers in the UK facing breakdowns or accidents.
  2. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  3. Documentation: Accurately document all interactions and activities related to each customer case in accordance with company procedures.
  4. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines while delivering service.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and provide backup support when necessary.
  6. Open for shift 24x7.
  7. Adherence to SLA, KPI and Shift timings.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Empathetic and customer-focused approach to providing assistance.
  • Willingness and availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Computer proficiency for data entry and case management.
Experience:
  • Prior experience in customer service or call centre roles for international clients is mandatory.
  • Experience in servicing UK/Ireland clients would be an added advantage.
Working Hours:
  • Night shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the companys operational requirements.
