  • Project task management
  • Define project deliverables, controls, and adherence
  • Supervise and assist team on execution and delivery
  • Monitor progress and ensure client expectations
  • Coordinate sub-team efforts, create project plans, define milestones and timelines
  • Deliver outputs
  • Facilitate and gather client feedback
  • Understand and define business problems, collect relevant data
  • Create solution hypotheses, align with clients on objectives, staffing, timelines, and budget
  • Manage feedback loops with offshore resources
Requirements:
  • Bachelors/Masters in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research, or related analytics areas
  • 6 10 years of experience, preferably in insurance analytics
  • Experience in dual shore engagement and managing clients directly
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Understanding of cross-cultural differences and ability to work globally
