Job Description

: DGM Sales OEM - 00994NPreparation of Sales Plan, developing customer network, building & managing relationship with Channel Partners & ensure achievement of Sales Targets for Industry OEMs market thru direct and indirect sales by Collaborating with other pipes.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Planning:
    • Prepare Sales Plan for Allocated Targets
    • Defining Customers in the market and predicting their requirements
    • Allocating targets by customers and activities
    • Preparing month wise target plan
    • Drive AMPS Plan / Initiatives
  2. Achieving Sales Targets:
    • Regularly monitor sales / custom wise performance against Targets
    • Maintain forecast accuracy for OB & Sales month on month
  3. Drive ONE Schneider approach:
    • Innovative offers and Ecostruxure solutions and saturate Partners
  4. Partner Management:
    • Manage Partners in the territory
    • Drive distributor commercial plan & SD targets
  5. Customer Management:
    • Define visit frequency for each customer based on sales plan
    • Conduct regular meetings with OEMs to maintain relationship, resolve issues and motivate them to buy SEI Products
    • Implement action plan on identified new opportunities to grow sales network
  6. Promotional Activities:
    • Organize Plant Visits / Technical Training / Factory visits, etc., for customers
    • Ensure direct execution of Promotion Schemes designed by Marketing Team
Qualifications:Qualifications - ExternalThe successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:
  • Diploma/Engineering Grad. In Electric Engineering
  • Has high level of technical skills in Industrial Automation Product Line, LT Switchgear and Power Quality products
  • Has the ability to understand the need of OEMs and creates a pull by embedding technical specifications
  • Has the ability to convince customer with Compelling arguments
  • Is able to negotiate and build relationships and also able to carry Corporate image and should be a solution provider
  • Excellent influencing and convincing skills
