Primary Responsibilities:

• Accountable for delivery of entire product roadmap and strategy for product growth & success
• Build and lead team of software engineers of varying experiences & globally distributed teams
• Design, build and maintain cloud-based enterprise applications for defined functional and non-functional requirements
• Manage multiple internal & external stakeholders and provide regular updates to engineering and product leadership
• Define and drive best practices to maintain high standards of reusability, reliability, security, maintainability, and performance
• Creates and drives a solid engineering, continuous improvement & innovation culture
• Influences functioning of other teams (across portfolio) in terms of best practices, improvements etc.
• Gains visibility and drives department level initiatives
• Actively mentors team members and drives strategy & execution for hiring and employee retention
• Continually monitors industry developments and products used in the continuous delivery model
• Leads solving complex problems and/or conduct complex analysis
• Identify/quantify scope and impact of business changes on systems
• Troubleshoot and support production systems when required
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science (related field) or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years of experience leading engineering teams
• 3 years of development experience and expertise with AWS / AZURE / GCP using cloud native technologies (Not only infra) and Kubernetes (or any container orchestrator)
• Software professionals (10 to 15 years) with solid computer science fundamentals including but not limited to data structure, algorithms, networking, parallel and distributed computing
• Expertise in one of the languages like Java/.Net/Go/Python
• Solid technical experience in implementing enterprise applications using cloud platforms and technologies
• Experience in developing/coding software components in any programming language (Java / .Net etc.)
• Experience designing & building reusable components, REST APIs, Microservices
• Experience on Databases, SQL programming, No SQL DBs Cassandra, ElasticSearch
• Thorough understanding of fundamental software engineering and computer science principles: object-oriented development, Microservices, data access layer management, usability, debugging, and configuration management
• Proficient in learning & adopting new technologies and using them to execute the use cases for business problem solving
• Ability to apply the knowledge of principles and techniques to solve technical problems and write code based on technical design
• Demonstrate technical capability (in writing) clearly to the use case scenarios presented during evaluation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Health Care Industry
• Experience in managing teams of 8-10 engineers
• Expertise in Stakeholder management
