The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating automated reports using Python, collaborating with the Finance and IT teams, and managing client relationships. The role involves reviewing sales performance reports, managing stakeholders, and contributing to data-driven decision-making.Your future employerA leading financial services provider specializing in delivering innovative and tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients and offer a wide range of services, including investment management, risk analysis, and financial consulting.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated reports using Python and submit them in Excel format.
  • Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Finance and IT teams to gather data and submit incentives reports.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure accuracy and alignment in data reporting.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing timely and accurate data.
  • Address client queries and provide data-driven insights to help with decision-making.
  • Review and analyze sales performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure reporting and data needs are met.
Required Qualification and Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Python (experience with libraries like Pandas, NumPy).
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
  • Experience in automating Excel-based reporting tasks using Python.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance and IT.
  • Strong communication skills for dealing with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail for reviewing and interpreting sales performance data.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a timely manner.
Preferred Qualification
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales reporting or incentive reporting is a plus.
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote work model.
  • Knowledge of version control (Git) for Python scripts is a plus.
