Fund Accounting Specialist C05 Job Req ID 22523840 Primary Location Gurgaon, India Job Category Operations - Transaction ServicesSave JobGPC-IPS Performance-Fund Accounting Specialist 5DescriptionYou will be part of the middle office operations team providing performance calculation, Attribution analysis and Risk reporting for our clients in the region (APAC/EMEA/NAM). As a team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of assigned Performance reports which would include accounts & benchmark performance, Attribution, Risk reporting & Composite reporting. You will also work closely with the onshore counterparts to establish global operating models and processes.Key responsibilities include:Manage the assigned deliverables to you as per the agreed SLA.Producing, reviewing and validating portfolio account performance calculations and performance reports associated with accounts, composites and managers.Understanding the Performance & Risk statistic calculation, able to calculate manually and justifying to Stakeholders.Creating customized reporting based on clients requirements; maintain, produce and review client composites according to SLAs and GIPS standardsParticipating in department projects and other team activities and ensure completion, as well as assist new clients on boarding and implementation processesReviewing, updating and implementing new processes and procedures as required, to enhance operational controls.Interfacing with performance and index vendors.Experience in resolving data issues using Accounting systems and ability to understand the flow between accounting and performance systems.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting, Finance or related fieldPursuing/completed CIPM (Preference not mandatory)Performance Job Experience:2 years of experience in performance measurement operations or experience with account/security level performance in a related fieldFamiliarity/Understanding of Segment, Security & Attribution Performance and Risk statisticsFamiliarity/Understanding of Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS)Performance System Experience StatPro (Preferred)Skills:Proficiency with EXCELAttention to detailEffective time management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsOutstanding organizational skillsInitiative in Self DevelopmentTeam playerWorks well under pressureFlexibility to work in all shiftEducation Level:Bachelors DegreePrimary Location:APAC-IND-HR-GurgaonJob Category:OperationsSchedule:Full-timeShift:Rotating (As per process requirement)Employee Status:RegularTravel:NoGrade/Level:C05Relocation:NoOffice Location / Address:Plot No 243, SP Infocity, Udyog Vihar Phase 1, GurgaonEducation: Any GraduateIndustry: Banking
