Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, target-hunting and recruiting candidatesConduct phone screens and initial in-person InterviewsTrack and Fill open positions in the least possible timeHandle Joining formalities/On boarding formalitiesFollow-up and co-ordinate with various departments on HR issuesIssue of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Disciplinary Letters, Salary Revision Letters etc.Timely Submission of Statutory Compliances.Maintaning Compliance Registers.Recruitment.Maintaining Personal Files.Timely Disbursements of Salary Slips.Employee Engagement.Employee Grievance Handling.Tickets Booking. Preparing fitment on BestFit with the basic details for de-dupe under the guidance of RSM.Upload Salary fitment details in SAP post acceptance of soft Offer.Acknowledgement of SAP details on mail from candidate.Creation of Master Document for Offer letter processing. Ensure all SAP documents, approvals, exceptions and fitment details are correctly captured and uploaded.Printing Offer letter post clearance from Offers desk.Handing over Appointment letter to the selected candidates, personally or through courier.Follow up with candidates for Date of Joining. Completing Data transfer activity on SAP within three days of sharing Appointment Letter.
