Job Description

Expected to work across multiple Engineering teams owning features end to end. Actively participating in PI planning and closely integrate with Product organization to create robust, scalable Architecture & Design aligned with roadmap. Actively remove obstacles to generate high velocity.Role Description:

  • Ensure the architectural needs of the value stream are realized rather than those of just a channel or a team.
  • Strong knowledge of Design principles and implementing the same in designing and building robust and scalable software solutions across the full stack having no/least adoption effort by clients.
  • Work with Product Management, Product Owners, and other value stream stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
  • Help manage risks, dependencies, and troubleshoot and proactively solve problems.
  • Collaboration and review with other Architects and participating in Architecture COP and ARB.
  • Owning Performance & Non-Functional requirements including end to end ownership.
  • Acquire broader insight of the Product and Enterprise Architecture.
  • Spread broader knowledge with other engineers in the value stream.
  • Site Reliability Engineering agenda.
  • Proven experience on stated engineering skills.
  • Aggregate program PI objectives into value stream PI objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency.
  • Assess the agility level of the program/value stream and help improve.
  • Experience in Software Development with ~6 years experience in Architecture & Design.
