  • Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan guidelines and regulations to prevent and detect mortgage fraud.
  • Quality Assurance: Meet daily production and quality standards, utilizing tools like RCA and Pareto charts to ensure continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 23 years of direct experience in U.S. mortgage operations, with a total of 56 years encompassing roles in pre-purchase analysis and pre-underwriting.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial documents and assess risk accurately.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of mortgage regulations and compliance standards.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with quality assurance tools and mortgage underwriting software.
