Backed by investors like Blume Ventures, Sequoia Surge, Beenext, and Rainmatter.Hiring Associate Director/Director, Enterprise SalesWere in the midst of transitioning from start-up to scale-up, and are looking for a Director, Enterprise Sales with experience in SaaS organisations, to develop, lead and scale a team of individuals responsible for driving revenue and new customer acquisition for Procol.Your responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales director duties will include hitting monthly targets, building customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and building and growing a team.What youll do

  • Develop, execute and measure marketing strategies to increase inbounds
  • Develop plans and strategies for achieving the companys sales targets
  • Manage the sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver growth
  • Define, hire and manage optimal sales team resources
  • Become known as an employer of choice and a sales force that top salespeople want to join
  • Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
  • Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
  • Provide detailed sales forecasting, planning and reviews
  • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
  • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
What youll bring
  • 6 years of proven track record in enterprise SaaS marketing, sales, partnerships to drive the entire SaaS sales and marketing funnel and build a great SaaS business
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to examine, synthesize, and present data to various stakeholders (customers and partners)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to effectively articulate a unique value proposition that resonates with customer needs.
  • A successful track record of engagement with multiple customers and points of contact
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, organize, and operate in a fast moving, entrepreneurial startup environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work across at all levels of a customer or partner organization
  • Comfortable managing the contracts and negotiations process within various stakeholders (e.g. customer, procurement, and finance)
  • Able to work in ambiguous situations and be able to take charge and lead the client to the best opportunity for them
  • Experience managing and growing SaaS and/or subscription revenue with existing customer relationships a plus
