Job Description

  • Position: Ecommerce Specialist

We are looking for An Experienced Online E-Commerce Executive who can be able to manage seller central of Amazon (India and International Seller Accounts), Flipkart, Paytm & eBay accounts independently with complete depth of knowledge.Job Responsibilities:
  • Able to create a Seller account on Amazon (India), Flipkart, or any other E-Commerce Portals and aware of the documentation which is required in order to create the account.
  • Contact clients over the phone directly and handle any client escalation efficiently and fulfill the client requirement within the timeline.
  • Depth knowledge about creating product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, eBay, Shop clues, or any other eCommerce portals.
  • Creating FBA Shipment, Taking FC Appointment, and Creating Removal Orders of all Unsold or damaged Inventory within the time.
  • Understanding drafting a Plan of Action (POA) against any suspended account or Suspended ASIN and being able to reinstate the Account of ASIN by providing a Plan of Action.
  • Generate and deliver periodic (monthly/quarterly) reports to review the work done, analyze statistics and metrics, and provide recommendations for further improvements.
  • Generating all kinds of business reports, Sales Reports, and Return Reports and giving the business insight to the sellers to add valuable input to improve the client business efficiently.
  • Knowledge about the Category and Brand Approval of a complete set of documents is required in order to take the respective approvals on Amazon or Flipkart.
  • Good Understanding of improving product ranking organically on all the marketplaces.
  • Knowledge about managing Sponsor Product Campaign (Auto and Manual) on both Amazon and Flipkart efficiently with good RoI and ACoS.
  • Aware of the managing Amazon & Flipkart SPN (Service Provider Network) Portal effectively and updating the job status within the TAT.
  • Aware of enabling Amazon B2B, Amazon Local, Amazon Prime, and Amazon Fulfilment in any seller central account.

  • Able to manage the team and should be a good team player.
  • Ability to engage with Indian clients independently and lead discussions to win and execute engagements.
  • Aware of all the new updates in the eCommerce industries and update the team members about the update with a complete explanation.
  • Adding contribution to the current business development by adding more clients within the existing business.
  • Good Problem-solving skills and confidence to handle the process independently.
  • Knowledge about A or EBC Listing and creating Brand Page, enabling all the Deals and Promotions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, prioritize and take initiative.
  • Proven client engagement skills and adept at sharing insights and recommendations that have tangible business impacts.

  • Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Inquisitive and coachable and genuine relationship-builder.
  • Willingness to work on-site daily, Monday-Friday.
