The role will be to work collaboratively with different functional leaders to stitch the overall business. Responsible enough to manage, coordinate and provide strategic guidance to the team. To work with the cross-functional teams to align processes and strategize to get output. To build seamless processes & structuring the SOPs in H-DBU.A purpose-driven role for youYour key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Manage program and project teams to coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
2. To develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and timing for new initiatives
3. Formulate, organize and monitor interconnected projects
