The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving regional targets for Group Term Insurance and other products, providing exceptional service to existing corporate clients, and ensuring successful policy renewals.Location: GurgaonYour Future Employer: A leading life insurance company in India, renowned for its comprehensive range of insurance products and commitment to customer-centric services.Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales plans to achieve regional targets for Group Term Insurance and related products.
  • Present and promote Group Insurance products to corporates, affinity groups, and associations.
  • Develop alternative channels to penetrate the Group Business market through agents, IMFs, and corporate agents.
  • Manage and renew existing corporate client accounts, addressing their servicing requirements promptly.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and maintain updated databases on corporate clients and competitors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree with over 4 years of experience in the Group Term Life insurance industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with various departments to deliver exceptional client service within designated timelines.
