• To understand, plan, and execute projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.
• To assist managers and teams with the coordination of resources, meetings, and information.
• Coordinator to organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.

SPECIFIC DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for coordinating Client Implementation for onboarding of Clients.
• Project coordination related duties such as scheduling kick-off meetings, internal project coordination, and frequent customer interaction throughout the life cycle of the Project.
• Oversee all aspects of Projects Implementation.
• Formulate Project Plans, Create User Stories, Monitor, and Summarize progress of the Project.
• Prepare Project Status reports for Top Management.
• Identify roadblocks and initiate remedial action for execution and completion of tasks.
• Carry out communications towards managing all Project Stakeholders.
• Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.

FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Working experience in analyzing data, reports, and have worked on Excel or similar tools.
• Relevant experience in project management/coordination well versed with project management software tools (Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira) will be an add on.
• Willing to work in overlapping hours with the EST time zone.
