  • Configuring and delivering the IAM Toolset (SailPoint Identity IQ).
  • Investigating and addressing business needs for IAM toolset functionalities.
  • Collaborating with various teams to develop IAM security standards and processes.
  • Onboarding new business applications into the IAM platform for certification.
  • Supporting Agile delivery frameworks and broader project milestones.
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA Conduct Rules through consistent delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM delivery, ideally within financial services.
  • Hands-on expertise in SailPoint Identity IQ, CyberArk, and Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong business engagement skills with proven communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks and deployment/testing processes.
