You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, support various tasks, and keep sensitive information confidential. Fiserv values organization, correct spelling, grammar, and strong communication skills for this role.What you will do:

  • Maintain a typing speed of 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all rules and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Work on VPN-bound applications and multiple screens.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output.
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies to keep information confidential.
What you will need to have:
  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • 2 years of experience ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • 2 years of experience with VPN-bound applications.
  • 2 years of experience in data review and correction.
  • Bachelors degree in any stream or an equivalent combination of education, work.
What would be great to have:
  • An advanced degree in a related discipline.
  • 2 years of experience with Power BI.
  • 2 years of experience with SharePoint.
  • 2 years of experience with SQL.
  • 2 years of experience with Power Apps.
