If you have a strong background in software testing and are ready to take on the challenge of assuring the quality of products, applications, and systems, we would like to hear from you.Location: GurgaonYour Future EmployerJoin a leading insurance company, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the test strategy and test plan to deliver specific business outcomes, in line with the companys testing framework and meeting audit standards.Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the test strategy and test plan to deliver specific business outcomes, in line with testing framework and meeting audit standards.
  • Analyze, review, and assess user stories/requirements/specifications and models for test validity and feasibility.
  • Coach and advise a team of testers for a particular test phase and act as a deputy for the Test Manager when required.
  • Execute all automated tests using the agreed Test automation framework.
  • Conduct all test phases including System Test, System Integration, User Acceptance, and Deployment Verification Tests.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience as a Software Test Manager or similar role.
  • Understanding of system development life cycle methodologies.
  • Knowledge of test management software e.g., Zephyr and experience of basic SQL.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Cucumber, Gherkin, Ruby, Selenium.
  • Exposure to designing test solutions with RESTful APIs and SOAP integrations.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (such as International Software Testing Qualifications Board BCS ISTQB).
  • Critical thinker, problem-solving skills, and good time-management skills.
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
