Job Description

GM Analytics Solutions is looking for a driven, dedicated and experienced Revenue Cycle Supervisor professional, proficient in US healthcare Essential Responsibilities: Revenue Cycle Supervisor is responsible for day to day operations and workflow of Accounts Receivable Team as well as providing expertise and general support to their staff. Responsible for auditing ensuring staff/team productivity standards are met. Supervises revenue cycle projects as assigned by Manager. This position requires attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal, skills, developed technical skills, leadership qualities and excellent knowledge of US Healthcare experience such as Insurance, CPT, Diagnosis Codes, EOBs, Denials, etc. Supervise, monitor and track team productivity, work plan adherence and quality result Serve as point of escalation for staff and US team on procedural and technical issues and act as subject matter expert Monitors and investigates trends, identifies root problems and complex billing and reimbursement issues and works collaboratively with the team and US office Develop and evaluate workflow and implement efficient solutions Encourages positive communication with the staff and US team Performs competency assessment for staff and identify any issues that my inhibit an individuals or teams performance Communicates issues as needed to the Manager and the US Team on a consistent basis. Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to ensure the highest level of accuracy. Adheres to current guidelines pertaining to AR. Maintains professional and courteous environment with strict patient and employee confidentiality Proficiency in US healthcare
