Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React JS/Angular JS. The individual's primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them one of the well-known UI Framework. The individual will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. The individual will have to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality products are important. Job Responsibilities:  If you are interested in creating a user-friendly environment by writing code and moving forward in your career, then this job is for you.  Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.  Writing tested and idiomatic JavaScript, HTML and CSS.  Build reusable code and libraries for future use.  Developing new user-facing features using one of the UI Framework.  Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.  Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.  Ability to write clean, effective code.  Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.  Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment with frequent production releases.  Work cross-functionally to collaborate with designers - iterate on the design and implementation of our product.  Be empathetic towards customers and appreciate the user's experience. Desired Skills and Experience:  Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science.  Experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and ECMAScript.  Must have knowledge about the responsive design.  Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.  Experience with Node JS is an added advantage.  Thorough understanding of one UI Framework (React JS/Angular JS) and its core principles.  Ability to design and implement large-scale architecture for complex web apps.  Familiarity with RESTful APIs.  Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.  Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Web pack, NPM, etc.  Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.  Proficiency in code versioning tool such as GIT or SVN.  Good problem solving and debugging skills.  Excellent in Object Oriented concepts and asynchronous programming.  Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
