Generate shared accommodation (PG/ Hostel/ co-live/ serviced apartments) property leads through different portals/ cold call/ on-ground visits and convince the owners to list their properties on portal. Collect details and info on the properties pertaining to room availability, amenities, rent, house rules, room pictures etc. Upload the details on web portal in a comprehensive and neat manner Prepare required records and files Minimum Eligibility: B.Tech/ B.Com/BA/MBA Degree Zero to one (1) Year work experience Prior experience with retail customer acquisition, lead generation, cold-calling will be preferred Prior experience in real-estate management companies such as Oyo, Treebo, NestAway, Zolo, any PG/Hostel/ co-live accommodation provider, shall be preferred. Fluency in Hindi needed. Should be able to read in English and also speak atleast some English. Working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) Well aware about Gurgaon region geographically The role requires you to be on the field for 80% of the time and rest at office Bike, license and laptop are mandatory for the role
