Looking for Customer Service Manager with the below prerequisite Experience - 9yr to 14yr Job Location - Gurgaon Key Responsibilities: Customer service Manager, who will be in charge of a team that welcomes, records the signalization incidents and accompanies the customers until the resolution achieved. Will be in charge of the management of all ongoing incidents within the CSC and the management of Customer Escalations. Should have technical knowledge in International Network areas as well as skills in the domains of Mobile, Voice and Data. Responsible for the management of incidents and customer requests, he is the interface with our experts but also with the technical support teams and the Service Providers. Skills to succeed: Maximize the level1 analysis of incidents in the voice, transmission and IP domains of international networks. Be a Guarantor of Customer Satisfaction, Excellent customer relationship. Optimize team operations and service processes. Manage a team of Customer Service Technicians, Team Leader and develop their technical and relational skills Ensure the relationship with the Service Managers, Account Managers and any internal entity involved in the resolution of incidents (reporting, information, surveys, special studies). Technical Skills: good knowledge of Network, IT Services, Mobility, Voice and/or integration solutions and technologies. Technical Competencies on IC Investigation Products, Services and Tools (Voice, SS7, IP & Transmission). Good notions in French, both written and spoke. Use office software Word, Excel, Access.
