Designation: Student CounselorQualification: Any GraduationExperience: 1 to 5 yearsRoles & Responsibilities 1:Responsible to manage & convert leads for versatile programs/Courses.2:Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat, and social media. 3:Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline 4.Responsible for adherence to the inside sales process, tools, and data management. 5.Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets in terms of revenue as well as the number of enrolments. 6.Maintain effective communication till the time the learner is onboarded. Skills Required 1.Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency). 2.Strong sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what our client is offering to its prospective students and close applications. 3.Approachable and vibrant personality. 4.Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy. 5.Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times. 6.Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
