Candidates will have to counsel customers over call regarding beauty or skin treatments and convince them to visit the clinic and undergo treatments. Candidate will also have to follow up or cordinate with customers for scheduling their appointments at the clinic. Handle all incoming and outgoing inquiry calls. Handling Customer/Clients queries, understanding their concern and guiding them to provide a solution. This role revolves around counseling the leads on the skin related issues and providing/selling leads with treatments in order to resolve their issue. This is a revenue-generating role for the organization hence it is target driven. Coordinating with our panel of Dermatologists to get information regarding the latest aesthetic procedures and their prices. Booking Customer/Clients appointments. Pre and Post appointment follow up in a timely manner. Ensuring that the Customer/Clients data is up to date. Brainstorming with Sales, Marketing and customer excellence team to come up with new innovations. Completing Daily, Weekly and Monthly statistics. Coordinating with other departments for the complete process Candidates would be preferred from companies like Richfeel, VLCC or any skin/beauty treatment clinics.
