Skills Required: At least 0.6 months - 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US Staffing firms. Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends. Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, LinkedIn, Bull horn etc.) Candidate should have good knowledge of US Tax Terms and US visas. Need target oriented candidates with a history of achieving targets. Very Strong communication and inter personal skills. Should have a stable employment history. Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment.
