JOB BRIEF We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with devotion towards high quality customer service and with world class experience in the best hotels and restaurant to lead all aspects of our business. The incumbent will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high productivity, quality, and customer-service standards effectively. To be successful in this role, we require management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. We are looking for someone who know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. Well expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the dining area, supervises food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies that he or she may help establish. Create a positive customer experience by offering a high level of service and ensure all staff members interact with guests to learn their needs and surpass expectations. Enhances the restaurant reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Establishes rapport with guests to build guest loyalty and gather constructive feedback to ensure satisfaction of every individual guest. Also, to handle daily team member relations, and encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment. Promote the brand through word-of-mouth and restaurant events. Creates a positive team atmosphere among Team Members. Sets high standards for appropriate team behaviour on shift. Seeks, listens and responds to Guest feedback. Is capable of handling irate customers with a friendly/calm attitude. Shows enthusiasm about guest within the restaurant. Effectively identifies restaurant problems through reports and can ideate & execute to resolve the same. Works with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures. Present accurate final bill to guest and process payment. Ensures that the restaurant is always kept clean and organized, Work with fellow staffs and manager to ensure that the restaurant achieves its full potential. Conducts monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies. Ensures new products are executed properly following roll-out. Priorities tasks effectively to ensure most important tasks are completed on time.
