Job Description This resource will perform a range of solution design, development, support, maintenance, and analysis responsibilities across a portfolio of applications. The resource will collaborate with other technology teams and business teams to understand requirements or issues and recommend an optimal and scalable solution, perform the development & implementation by adhering to required quality standards. The resource will manage and prioritize work requests, setting accurate expectations with technology and business partners to implement the change at mutually agreed upon milestones and timelines.Responsibilities• Maintain knowledge of Accounting practices, techniques, and standards.• Design and code (C# .NET) applications to meet business specifications.• Design and develop system-to-system integrations using various data interfaces, including ETL or web services• Collaborate with other technology teams for implementation of deliverables in all environments.• Prioritize and manage work requests for changes and enhancements based on business requirements.• Work with C# .NET tools (Visual Studio) and frameworks using the latest standards and practices.• Design solutions and develop code to meet evolving needs while adhering to policy and standards.• Design and develop new tools to support automation.• Conduct and participate in meetings with business partners to gather requirements and implement the same.• Manage test plans & risks through the development phases to implementation, ensure zero defects are introduced into the production environment.• Ensure required documentation for projects and/or enhancements are created and updated.• Deliver results working in a team or independently.• Achieve key performance measures for code review and test execution.• Monitor and support the production environment applications to ensure optimum stability and performance.Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field or equivalent work experience.• 5-7 years of experience in Dotnet development and maintenance and support.• Experience in enhancements, maintenance, and support of vendor supplied software applications.• Experience with C# .NET development for batch as well as web applications.• Should have some experience in mentoring and coaching.
