Job Description

The Capability Network (CN) Business Operations Manager works directly with the Capability Network Business Operations Lead to support and execute the business priorities agenda of the Capability Network globally. This manager is responsible to contribute and enable execution of: Performance Measurement and Analytics Services Management Support Team management In this role, the incumbent will work with the CN Business Operations Lead to foster collaboration and leverage best practices across the CN Talent Network and Services organizations and support team, including Business Managers, Finance, HR, and Communications. Key responsibility areas include: Performance Measurement and Analytics: Work with the Business Operations Lead in identifying requirements that can be integrated into the suite of measurement and analytics Work with Business Operations Lead and extended teams within the Accenture ecosystem to identify art of the possible and develop analytics solutions that help quantify CN s value to Accenture s business Support Business Operations Lead in planning & preparing for Capability Network Leadership forums, agenda planning, etc. Provide oversight and leadership to the Performance Reporting & Analytics team working to establish standards and processes for SOB, scorecards, pipeline reports, pricing analysis, growth market financial reporting, other standard and ad ho reports Services Management Support: CN Mobility Program: Program manage and bring in a business perspective to any new Mobility Programs working with Business Operations Lead, mobility program sponsors and experts within the team. Create business case for any new mobility programs to be launched for new markets. Resolve any escalations / challenges faced in enabling people on mobility programs. Improve efficiency of the larger CNMP program including automation, process improvements, customer experience (CN leadership team and employees traveling on CNMP assignments) etc. Infrastructure support: Determine the additional work place requirement by location based on projected headcount growth for all CN teams. Work with the Real Estate team to identify new locations, lead the approval process on AP20. Coordinate with IT SPO for any IT enablement & connectivity issues faced by CN employees i.e. working with IT teams to ensure the resolution of business impacting issues. Setting up Direct Client Connectivity, creating Secure Bays for specifi assignments Team Management: Set direction, coach and develop team members on operational activities Work with Business Operations Lead to build skills within the team through identification of capability development initiatives Proactively resolve issues arising within the team or with stakeholders to enhance both employee and customer experience Work with Business Operations Lead to manage scope of work and identify new value add areas Qualifications: Post Graduate Experience & Key Skills: Minimum 7-9 years of business support/ consulting experience Strong business acumen Strong Program and Stakeholder Management Demonstrated experience in managing team pyramids
