Job Description

Job Description In this role as a recruiter you will be responsible for unearthing the best and brightest talent in IT & Non IT arena from all over the US & Canada. You would be working with some of the largest and snazziest organizations in the world. Of course, such a job would mean the pace of a formula 1 car or the resilience of a Jeep. Sourcing and screening candidates Checking managerial references Completing paperwork Setting up client meetings and Interacting with clients and consultants. A recruiters main focus is to conduct phone interviews to qualify consultants for open positions within our Fortune 500 clients.The on-the-job experience you gain in this role is necessary to educate and train you to represent our companys services to the best of your ability. Desired Profile: While we believe that skills could be in any person, an ideal candidate would be; Having bachelors degree. 3-6 years of experience in recruiting both IT/Non IT positions. One who knows job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder etc like the TV remote Experience in passive sourcing using LinkedIn, referrals, googlegroups etc. Loves MS Office-word/excel/powerpoint as much as their buddy. Knowledge of US work authorizations. One who has an ability to convince candidates and knowledge of jargons associated with staffing industry like (Tax Term, Work-Authorizations, Billing Rate, etc.) One who can communicate effectively in writing & verbally A strong negotiator.
