Handling complete responsibility of increasing sales turnover. Handing responsibility of New Business Development & Key Account Manager for major automotive OEMs. Coordination with Landi Renzo S.P.A to define the strategy for all OEMs. Preparation of Sales budget, Business plan for new 3-5 year. Playing role of Platform leader in handling customer like MSIL, Mahindra & Mahindra, Ford. Responsible for Addition of new customers. Commercial quote finalization for each customer. Handling cost negotiation meeting with MSIL SC, CCM team. Handling raw material fluctuation, FE rate, BOE verification, Freight cost, Project cost, ECN cost finalization with customer. Handling Customer portal. - MSIL, M&M. Event management Booth / Stall in NGV conference, launch of new products, customer get together. Successful arrangement of customer visit for exploring the latest technology and define the product line for future car. Overseas visits as per business requirements for defining product strategy for Indian market. Zero based costing for various product like CNG components, Automobile Fittings, Plastic assembly, Tool, sheet metal, fixture etc. VA/VE proposal, new segment and component added for increasing the turnover of company. Conducting kick-off meeting with team and explain the customer requirement and distribute responsibilities among the team with proper timeline. Successful development for customers like FORD, M&M program for CNG vehicles. Team Handling.
