    Manager - GrowthOur client is a global edtech company providing educational solutions for students from K-12 and also competitive exams, upskilling courses, etc., for professionals.Their USP is providing personalised and engaging educational solutions with the help of teachers and visual and contextual programs. Their learning programs are offered in multiple languages.Founded in 2011, our client is headquartered in Bangalore and they have raised a total of more than $5B in funding. They are operational in more than 21 countries globally.As a Manager- Growth, you will be responsible for growing our subscriber base through relevant content, growth, and partnership channels. You will be tasked with analysing consumer needs, current market trends, and identifying levels to improve performance from an ROI and brand perspective.What you will do :- Identifying and strategising the next set of big problems that will move the needle. This is going to set the roadmap of the pod and effectively unlock new opportunities for improving the funnel- Identifying issues on Performance Marketing & working with a cross functional team to device ways to circumvent the barrier- Liaising with internal team members and also with Product, Analytics, Creatives, etc., to drive solutions, scale-up, and achieve improved ROI on marketing spendDesired Candidate Profile :What you need to have :- Bachelors degree in any discipline is required - MBA is preferable- 2+ of experience in Strategy & Ops/ Management with a consulting background- Structured problem-solving and analytical skills- Proven ability to take up high ownership- Strong bias towards user research to understand their problems and solve- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders,
