• ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
• Responsibilities of the job include: planning and organizing production schedules
• estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
• Capacity planning, scheduling.
Roles and responsibilities of Quality:
• Inspector Tasks. Inspect, test, and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications
• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions
• Effective usage of data analysis tools(e.g., root cause analysis, Pareto charts, and box and whiskers charts): Your team members need a foundation of basic statistical tools to grow upon
